LATEST PRICE INCREASE FOR UNWANTED EXTRAS

I am 80 years of age and have just received notification of another price increase for extras which I do not use..

For instance I do not need broadband to be any faster than at present.

I do not wish TV Anywhere

I do need sport channels

I do not need mobile  a phone

I do not need Wi Fi on the go

I do not need Boxed Sets

I wish to compare a list of channels to compare TV L  and TV XL but cannot find one???

Any chance of a discount for Pensioners

You can compare channels in each pack here http://store.virginmedia.com/discover/tv/watch/intro.html

Re: LATEST PRICE INCREASE FOR UNWANTED EXTRAS

No disrespect mate if you get a discount for being a pensioner I want one for being a long serving customer I don't use half those things either but keep dreaming you might get what you want but I don't think so

Re: LATEST PRICE INCREASE FOR UNWANTED EXTRAS

The problem is technology has moved on. A lot more people use these extras now than don't, & all VM's competitors offer them as free add-ons as well. If VM were to charge for them separately it would be a backward step that would lead to even more customers leaving.
