Keep trying to cancel Sky Sports but still getting charged months later

Has anyone had problems cancelling aspects of their package? I've been trying to reduce my bills and cancel Sky Sports for about 4 months I think and despite speaking to a number of people who have said they'll do it, it never gets done.
It's very hard to contact Virgin - there's no email address I can find and it often takes ages to get through on the phone.

I'm sorry to hear that we've not been able to remove the Sports channels. I can see from your account what's happened here and that you've already spoken to the team regarding this.

Thanks for your message. I was told I would receive a call from someone in your team today but, yet again, no one did call me so my issue has STILL not been resolved.
