Jongo Bluetooth Speaker Not Recieved

I have been a virgin media customer since early august and was told that I would receive a jongo bluetooth speaker. So far I have had to ring up about this on 4 seperate occasions and so far and each time it has been of no interest at all. Does anyone know if I am ever likely to see this gift or is it just another ploy to get people to sign up?
