Issue after issue

Now I have a c501 error for on demand
I must admit it was a little exciting as normally I get a 319 error
Virgin is the worst service I have ever experienced.
From day 1 problem after problem. Cannot watch what I pay for and now can't even watch what I want to pay extra for.
Moving back to sky q as soon as possible, 15 years with sky and not 1 problem. (Ok 1 problem and after 1 call they dropped my bill by £15 a month for 6 months to say sorry)
I don't know how virgin get away with it.
Absolute disgrace from the top down

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you were having an issue with this error message. 


There was a fault we became aware of that was resolved 1st February.


How have things been since you last posted? I'm hoping all is working as it should be now but if not, and you're still having an issue, come back and let me know.
