Is the current deals open to existing customers?

Recently my contract has finished, and the new full house bundle is only £5 more than what I'm paying and I'm only payinformation for broadband and a phone line. When you go to upgrades and offers the full house upgrade is confusing it says 35% off for 12 months but also says £XX price for 6 months then the full price after that. And I'd like to know what the price is before I commit to upgrading.

If anyone knows the correct price I'd like to know.

pricing is not that black and white. call retentions if you are out of contract and see what they can do. they might be able to do it cheaper then you can get online.

As you're out of contract you should be able to get the Full House package for the full price shown, but as you're an existing customer you wouldn't be eligible for the 6\12 month reduced prices. It's possible that you might be able to negotiate a better deal than the full price but there's certainly no guarantee of that.
