Invalid smart card

My daughters virgin box (basic one not TiVo) died the other day so I phoned up and they sent a new one out. I did as it said, phoned up to activate, plugged it all in last night. Some channels do come up on it but it constantly says smart card invalid. Can anyone help?

I'm assuming you took the viewing card out of the old box & inserted it into the new one. If you have done this then give Customer Services a call on 150.
