Just received a new V HD box to replace my ancient SD box which 'died' on Xmas Eve. Although it's working, I get a message on changing channels saying the SmartCard (transferred from the old box) is invalid. Message suggests looking at help suggestions under 'Home' but these are currently 'unavailable'. I'm not able to see all the channels I subscribe to. Any suggestions, or do I need to phone to report a fault.
