Hi I have moved recently and when I finally hooked a TV up to the spare box at the weekend I got a invalid smart card error (I did mean to phone up but after 20 mins of been on hold I ran out of time) I have my box turned off at the moment, I understand all it needs is a ping to fix the card ?Do I need the box on for this ? (I can do this tonight when home)
Sorry I should have added this is on my second box the Virgin HD box and not the tivo box
