Invalid Card

Hi I have moved recently and when I finally hooked a TV up to the spare box at the weekend I got a invalid smart card error (I did mean to phone up but after 20 mins of been on hold I ran out of time)

I have my box turned off at the moment, I understand all it needs is a ping to fix the card ?
Do I need the box on for this ? (I can do this tonight when home)

Thanks

Andy Scott

Re: Invalid Card

Yes, your V HD box would need to be switched on for the signals to fix the Smartcard error message.

Re: Invalid Card

I have the box switched on now. Hopefully someone will spot this and send the correct signal down so I don't have to spend 30 on holds getting nowhere

Re: Invalid Card

Hi there enteralterego,

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this error on your V HD box, upon checking I can see that ythis morning you've been chatting with us, and some signals have been sent.

All is looking okay from this end now, should you still be getting any issues please let me know.

Many thanks and apologies once again
