Virgin tv and broadband went down on Wednesday for a few hours and it went again on Thursday, but has yet to start again.
dialing 150, just says that virgin are aware and that engineers are working on it.
However, no mention of when tv or internet will be back.
pretty poor service.
I'm so sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV and internet services at the moment.
I've located your account to run some tests on the set top box from our end and I can see that there was an outage in your local area which has since been resolved.
I hope that means that things are working as they should?
