Intermittent on demand service

For a few weeks/months now I keep getting error code 319 when trying to access on demand movies through sky cinema. Catch up is also Intermittent. This is on both boxes, does work some times but mainly it doesn't. Also I have occasionally had no picture on itv HD and bt sport HD channels with a message saying there is a problem with the signal. Sometimes a reboot works with the above but more often than not it doesn't and I just have to wait for it to sort itself out. When I did phone once a few months ago you couldn't find anything wrong! I have the vip package and not happy with constantly having issues with on demand.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TV service.

 

I've checked out your account and I can see an issue with the input signal that feeds your equipment. This is likely what's causing the issues with picture break-up an On Demand.
