In valid smart card

Hi, Hope someone can help. My v+ box is showing invalid smart card. It has been like this for the past two months. I presumed it was because I am a month behind with payment. Non the less I do pay every month. I have not had my just my TV service restricted before. I have been paying for the x large service these past two months but with no sevice. I have reset the box a number of times cleaned the card and my box is very rarely turned off. I have also called 150 a couple of times with no joy. I just wait along time only to get cut off. Hope someone can give me some clarification.
