Impossible to contact Virgin to upgrade from broadband to include TV
Just purchased new smart tv and advised by shop to sign up for sky package as internet services wont give quality that modern smart tvs provide. Tried all day to contact Virgin to verify whether internet service capable of giving quality. Always ended up with 'unable to upgrade online contact phone etc.' Phone service takes you round the houses and unable to talk to a person. Tried chat online but no operators available all day. Is Virgin this busy? Or is service very poor and unable to respond to simple queries? Is it just me does everyone else find it easy to contact Virgin. Should I just take out a Sky package and forget Virgin?
