I haven't had any issues since I got Virgin until this year 2017!
everytime I try to watch on demand I either get error 319 or 407. I am beginning to wonder why I pay for this service as I am constantly getting these messages, it's a nightmare. I have tried later, I have turned the whole thing off and on and still the same.
