INVALID SMART CARD

I recently installed a replacement V Box, and I am now getting 'Invalid Smart Card Error, most of the channels I used to get are not available, On Demand and the Help service are not working. I have phoned virgin a couple of times  first time they sent a signal to my box to try and re-activate my card but this has not worked. Has anybody else had this issue.

I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service lately, I've located your account to take a closer look at this from our end for you.

 

We're not detecting any issues with your account or from testing your set top box from our end, have you rebooted the set top box at all since the hits were sent?
