I've paid for a film on demand but can't watch it - error message 6095

I have paid for a film on demand but can't watch it - keep getting an error message saying on demand is unavailable - try in a few minutes. Still can't watch it and have less than 24 hours left

Error message is 6095

Hi snts hope, if you login to your VM account and down the right hand side should see service status and fault input your details in there and should let you know if there is any ongoing issues. Hope this helps.

Same thing here, brought s film, watched half and now trying to watch the remainder but get error message 6095 and only 24 hours left of rental?!?

I'd like to say I'm very sorry about the problems you've experienced when trying to watch Movies On Demand.

 

We can look to get the cost of the film refunded on this occasion as there was clearly a fault with the service.
