How do I book an engineer to hardwire broadband to our smart TV?

We're having wireless connection problems with our smart TV so think the solution is to hardwire broadband connection to the TV.  How do I book an engineer to do this?

To get your router relocated close enough to the TV to allow you connect the two by Ethernet (with minimal or no trip value) would require you to book a non-fault callout costing £99. Which could be done by calling in tomorrow to 150 / 0345 454 1111 between 8AM to 8PM and go with option 4 -> option 5.

However, you could also try using powerlines to do that: http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss/280-2685178-1421556?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=2... - a 200Mb pair will get you about 60Mb speed.
