Hi I had virgin installed today and im on the big kahuna sports and movies, it also came with an extra box but it doesn't have all the channels that i have on the TiVo box was just wondering why this is.
The second box, even if its not a TiVO should have the same linear channel line up. There are a few exceptions (Vevo for instance), but your additional box will tell you if you try to use a TiVO only channel.

I'm sorry to hear that your additional set top box isn't showing all the channels right now. I'd like to help sort this out for you.
Firstly, I just wanted to find out if the issue is still present today? If so, give the box and reboot by powering off/on again and this will refresh things for you. If this has not resolve the missing channels, let me know and I can help further.
