Hey guys, my virgin box has just recently stopped working, lost all my channels so turned the box off to restart, now am stuck on the starting up screen with a solid blue light on the box and nothing else please help?

Checking the account, there is no fault registered for loss of service currently and your box stats look good too. If you are still having an issue, pop back here and let us know so we can run through some further diagnostics
