Hayu won't load

I added Hayu onto my package yesterday and the channel/app loads ok but will not play any shows at all. A message appears at the top of the screen saying unable to play this..

Which box do you have?


TV: XL+SkySports V6
BB: 200Mbps SuperHub: Arris

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with the Hayu app lately.

 

I've checked this on the office TV and we're not having any problems here, I've also located your account to run some tests and we're not detecting any errors.

 

I hope that means that things are working as they should at the moment?

Hi, still having issues. Doesn't matter what show I try and watch just comes up with an error message at the top of the screen saying that episode could not be played.

Thanks for the response and sorry again for the continued problems you're experiencing, are you able to access and use any other applications on the TiVo box?

 

Do you watch On Demand or Catch Up at all? If so, how are they working?
