I'm suffering major picture breakup on a handful of HD channels, including Dave, Discovery, Nat Geo, BBC 1 and more channels seem to becoming affected. I've turned the TiVo box off, removed and dry-wiped the card, turned the TiVo back on. This sometimes makes the problem worse. Recordings are also affected. VM online tests show no faults, TiVo systems checks don't show any connectivity issues. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Have you also tried to check all the cables are secure at the back of the box? If you've already tried this then I would like to send one of the team out to take a look at it for you so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see a message waiting for you.
