I'm sorry to hear that you have a loss of sound on some of your channels. I'll be happy to help check this out for you.
I have carried out some checks on the box remotely and all is looking fine with the signal. How are things looking today? If you're still experiencing a loss of sound on your channels, can you please power off/on the box to refresh things over and let me know when this has been done?
Also if you can advise if you have any audio equipment connected, that would be awesome.
