We have some HD channels not working, just showing the warning "There is a problem with the signal..."
Channels affected include 142, 191, 194, 209 and 249.
We had this a few weeks ago, phoned support who got me to check all the connections and eventually got me to disconnect / reconnect the cable into the Tivo which solved the problem. I have tried this again, but problem persists. All connections have been checked and are tight.
When you get the message do you stay on it for 5-10 seconds? I have been getting this on 113 but if I stay on the message it does appear after a few seconds. I've not reported it but it is just annoying
I called a few weeks ago when this first happened and it was eventually fixed after much checking / disconnecting / reconnecting of the cables into the Tivo. But this fault has returned, and as I mentioned I have checked and rechecked the cables and the all seem OK.
