HD channels not working.

Hi.

We have some HD channels not working, just showing the warning "There is a problem with the signal..."

Channels affected include 142, 191, 194, 209 and 249.

We had this a few weeks ago, phoned support who got me to check all the connections and eventually got me to disconnect / reconnect the cable into the Tivo which solved the problem. I have tried this again, but problem persists. All connections have been checked and are tight.

Please help.

When you get the message do you stay on it for 5-10 seconds?
I have been getting this on 113 but if I stay on the message it does appear after a few seconds.
I've not reported it but it is just annoying

Our Channel 4 HD channel 142 has been missing since Saturday. Sorry I posted this elsewhere as I did a search for Channel 4 HD but didn't realise that was on the TiVo thread, we're on V+

We recorded the F1 qualifying and it refused to play back, then we had to reset the box. We haven't seen it since. It's left home.

Hi Josh.

I called a few weeks ago when this first happened and it was eventually fixed after much checking / disconnecting / reconnecting of the cables into the Tivo. But this fault has returned, and as I mentioned I have checked and rechecked the cables and the all seem OK.

Much appreciated if you could check this for me.
