HD TV AND CATCHUP SERVICE

So most of the HD catch up channels have been missing for a week and despite my daily contact with Virgin 150, this is not resolved. I've now been on the free phone 150 for 25 (still on hold as I type this) and no further forward. Is anyone else missing catch up????

Try going to On Demand & Catch up TV and then option 3, TV, rather than option 1, Catch up TV.

Catch-up TV has been moved to the On Demand menus, with the exception of the main PSB channels, as per the sticky thread at the top of this TV forum:
