HD Channels breaking up

I've noticed a growing trend with virgin media lately and it's not a good one.. All HD channels are breaking up in picture making any show unwatchable this is the same for shows recorded on HD channels. Is there an easy fix for this or will someone have to come out to fix it?

Could be signal issues, could be the box. The only way to find out is to contact customer services & they can run some remote tests.

If you haven't already could you ensure all cables are secure at the back of the box please then reboot.
