You should be able to use the same log in details to log into the app on the TiVo® box.

I've confused myself a bit!
You'll need to cancel your subscription and set up a new one through the TiVo®.
It's still exactly the same price and you'll still be able to use Hayu on other devices, but to use Hayu on the TiVo you'll need to subscribe through Virgin Media.
