The last few days I haven't been able to watch Gold or Gold +1 channels. They freeze and the screen gets pixilated. All the other channels are fine. Anyone know what I can do to fix it?

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to learn about the problems you've been experiencing with your TV service recently.
I've checked our TV in the office and we're not detecting any issues with the picture, I've also tested your set top box and we're not seeing anything there that shouldn't be.
I hope that means that things are working as they should on your end too?
