Go to contact and: "Sorry, we have a problem"

How to get a response to problems? How to book an engineer?

TV box is Samsung SMT 2110C and has intermittent green flashing light for over a week
Catchup not working at all - error 1021
Sky channels occasionally not working, saying card not installed, error 3203
Switch off/on countless times. Run Virgin Test countless times
Dial 150 and just tells me to switch off/on

Or is the answer to go to Sky?
