Getting cut off

Why when trying to contact Virgin Media am I held in a queue for ages (20 minutes, twice) before getting cut off?

I am very sorry to hear about the line disconnections you've experienced.

 

It may be possible that there was a fault on the IVR with trying to route the call to a specific department.

 

Is your reason for calling now resolved?
