Full House TV Package

I have recently signed up to Virgin with full house package however I can only access 4 channels- there has been at least 3 faults reported every day for the last few weeks and that they will be fixed the next day. Have tried ringing customer service but once I eventually got through the advisor hung up!! Anyone know how to fix this issue??

What error message do you get on the missing channels?

It tells me I have to upgrade to watch those channels... and takes me to the upgrade page.

Can I just confirm if you're still missing all of your channels today after a mains reboot?
