I've had major issues with TiVo and broadband since Saturday. No landline either. Nothing works. Spent expensive mobile call to be told was an area problem and would be cleared by 5pm yesterday. Everything still dead!!! Why oh why, don't Virgin provide a direct email contact address? Why only expensive calls or this forum? Or does anybody know of an email direct contact I can use to help? Really frustrated by this lame service....not as if I spend only pennies on this service every month!!! Totally frustrated and bemused.
