Frustrated trying to get new remotes - I cant seem to speak to anyone
All I want to do is order two remotes for my tivo box and one for my normal box. I have been trying for 2 days and getting nowhere. I cant speak to anyone. There is no option on the phone. Website no good and webchat neither - everyone is busy.
I am getting frustrated by the time its taken -can anyone help???

You can only get these by ringing in. That need to check your identity. Select the menu option for TV faults - straight through.
