Frozen or loss of tv

Had this problem since the end of June.(BN2 area) Picture freezes then screen goes blank, usually for about 4-5 mins. Happens on all four boxes in my house at the same time. Two different engineers have been. All methods of complaint result in being told will be fixed by this afternoon, i'm still waiting a month later......£143.00 per month, missed Euro 2016, Wimbledon and the golf......need Valium.

How do i get them to fix it and give me an honest estimate of time frame ????

Sorry to hear you're still experiencing issues with the picture quality and a warm welcome to the community.

 

What did the engineer advise you when he visited your property? For all four boxes to be affected this sounds like a signal issue and ideally I would like to send one of our team out to you again to find out why you're still experiencing this issue.
