Freezing issues

My Samsung v+ HD box keep freezing. I then have to reboot and any recordings I am making will fail. Looking in the tech stuff menu it coincides with a code 8862 appearing. This happened twice in the last two hours and has been occurring for weeks. Any ideas what this could be?

I'm sorry to hear that you're V+HD box has been misbehaving for you.  I'll get this checked out for you.

 

I have taken a look at your box remotely and there is a signal fault that needs fixing.  I will arrange for an engineer to call round and get fixed for you.
