Freezing box

4 times in the last week i have had to reset my box. I have been watching a recorded program and then switched to TV to get a black screen and nothing else. Rebooting the box interrupts programs that are being recorded and takes ages to reboot.  My broadband has also been dropping out several times a night. Any help gratefully received.

I'm sorry to hear about the box freezing, I've been able to test all of the services in the home and I can see that there are some power adjustment errors occurring here, you'll need a visit from one of our engineers.
