4 times in the last week i have had to reset my box. I have been watching a recorded program and then switched to TV to get a black screen and nothing else. Rebooting the box interrupts programs that are being recorded and takes ages to reboot. My broadband has also been dropping out several times a night. Any help gratefully received.
