Free TV

i have came back to virgin after being with sky, i had the max package and i was meant to receive a free 32" TV, i have heard nothing about the free TV since the engineers fitted my equipment (they said it would be 30 days).

Thanks for your post and welcome back to Virgin Media and the Community Smiley Happy

 

Any promotional offers with gifts included, such as the TV, are processed after an initial 28 days of the services being installed. We then advise it can take up to 14 days to receive it. 

 

Based on your install date, you should get it by 20th October. If you haven't received it by then come back and let me know and we can chase things for you Smiley Happy

Thanks for coming back to me on this and I'm sorry to hear you've still not yet received your TV. This can sometimes happen but we are more than happy to chase things up for you. 

 

I have filled out an exception form for you and this has now gone over to the Rewards team. They will check your account to confirm eligibility and they'll come back to me in around 3 days.

 

Once I hear back from the team, I shall let you know the outcome.

no, virgin offered me a free tv to come back to them, the engineer then said i would receive it in 30 days yet I'm still waiting
