Film classifications

Sky Premier is currently showing a film called Stage Fright. The EPG lists this film a PG but BBFC have classified it as 15. The film is most definitely NOT suitable for children.   Shouldn't all movies have the correct BBFC classification displayed?

Re: Film classifications

Sky, along with most broadcasters, can cut/edit films & then give them a different rating from the uncut BBFC rated version. This is why you see the caption at the start of the film "Sky has rated the following film as **".

Re: Film classifications

Sky's own website says it is rated 15. The virgin media EPG has it rated PG.
