Faulty tivo box

Have the second light from the left flashing on the box can't get Netflix etc, have tried ringing in but is becoming a nightmare being on hold can anyone help, getting fed up with it all now feel like cancelling

I can see there are some signal issues with your TiVo® box so I would like to arrange for one of our engineers to take a look at this.
