Faulty box

Will I be refunded for the 4 days my box hasn't been working.  I have no channels what so ever and its Halloween too.  So disappointed. Smiley Sad

If the problem is due to a network fault then you can get a refund if the service is interrupted for more than 24 hours. However, this only extends to the customer equipment if the equipment cannot be serviced/replaced on the first service call by an engineer.
