Fault code Er41 again

Got this problem again. Last time it happened, it seemed to fix itself.

Went on holiday so it was switched off for a week. When I switched it back on I'm getting the error code. It's cycles through:


Standby light - dim red, display - (blank)
Standby light - dim red, display - Er41
Standby light - blue, display - Er41
Standby light - blue, display - rESt
Standby light - red, display - (blank)

It just keeps cycling through this, has been for 3 days.

TiVo box downstairs is working ok, just a bit slow

I'm sorry for the problems with your TV service, I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the box from our end for you.

 

We're not detecting any issues with your box from our end at the moment and I can see that you've rebooted recently. How has it been since then?
