Extra package isn't there?!

I added a package yesterday and it's not showing anything yet? Any ideas? They emailed me to say it had been done but I'm not finding them? Xx

Email confirmation is automated. The upgrade is not. Online upgrades should activate within 24 to 48 hours. If not then ring customer services.
