Extra box catchup and help not working

I have an extra box in the bedroom and catchup /help are not working saying currently unavailable can anyone help?

Thank you for coming in and posting your comments, I'm very sorry to read that this is happening currently. 

 

I have been looking into the services and have found that the TV services are showing offline and not connecting the to network. Can you tell me if this was turned on during the time of my message.

There should be a little button on the back of the box that looks like l/O, flick it to the on position and let me know Smiley Happy

Yes it's switched on the online on the fromy of the box keeps flashing green

Hi Nikita0133,

 

I hope you don't mind me asking but how many boxes do you have in the home? I've been into the TV services and whilst I've not been able to see anything outright with an issue, I was able to see that the broadband isn't showing the right level on the upstreams power levels.

 

I would like to send out an engineer as this would need to be looked into and the TV services can have a look over whilst in the process Smiley Happy
