Some of my to channels aren't working. An error message ref 3202 keep popping up saying the channel isn't available right now. I called virgin two days ago and they said they'd fix it within 24 hours but it's still happening. Has anyone had the same problem?
I'm very sorry to see that you've had the same issue, I've been able to see that you're experiencing some issues on the power levels with the TV and broadband.
