I''m very sorry that the TV is being interrupted by the error you've mentioned here. I would like to ask when this error occurs, does any form of problem arise with the use of the TV services at all?
I've been running some tests in the meantime and have found no faults to detect, which is good to see.

I'd like to escalate this for further monitoring. to do this I need a little more information if that's ok?
If you can get back to me with the following details:
* Name of programme last error occurred on.
* Rough what time did this occur?
* What other error codes have you experienced?
* Does a reboot fix this? (Even if it's a temporary fix)
* Was the programme you ordered an SD or HD programme?
A couple of examples would be great so as much information as you can provide would be very useful for us to get to the bottom of this for you.
