Error message on BT Sport Europe HD

When I try to watch this channel, I receive an error message stating that "There is a problem with the signal on this channel".  The SD version of the channel is OK, as are the regular BT Sport 1 & 2 HD channels.

 

I have power-cycled the TIVO box, but no change.

 

I assume this issue is due to a signal problem?  If so, please could you arrange an engineer visit for me?  If possible, I would like this between 8am and 12pm on Saturday 26 Sep.

Thanks for posting. I'm very sorry to hear you're getting an error message on the BT Sport Europe HD channel.

 

I've managed to locate your account to run some tests. I'm not detecting any signal levels out of range which is good news. I'll need to send an engineer to the property to investigate in more detail.
