Hi is there any possible way to get rid of this message...except pay the bill!! I am paying in the morning and fully expect to have premium channels barred but this message on terrestrial channels is so annoying...think I'm back off to the enemy !

Re: Error code 7403

Hi PaulG2,

Thank you for your post.

I'm afraid that the error message wouldn't be able to be removed from here and would need to be done via the phone 150/ 0345 454 1111.

We all go through tides and sometimes lose track of time. I hope that you're able to view your services again soon.

Take care.

Ben

Re: Error code 7403

Unfortunately the "Help" desk on the 150 can't get rid either until outstanding balance is paid.
Just an annoyance done one purpose to annoy the people that pay their wages.

Those that pay their wages on time don't get to see the message at all.

Re: Error code 7403

Best way to avoid this in the future is set up a direct debt then it is done for you, no need to worry or get messages on screen. After all if you go into a shop with no money you don't get the goods

Re: Error code 7403

I hadn't noticed this thread earlier but the OP's comment

"Unfortunately the "Help" desk on the 150 can't get rid either until outstanding balance is paid.

beggars belief.

If you are not paying your bill then you are hardly paying their wages.

Nice to be able to post again, after their mistake (removed by the Censorship team).

Re: Error code 7403

Fair point ,but as a rough guide over the last 5 years with Virgin I have paid approximately £9000,I hope a little of that has gone towards paying the staff, and the couple of times my TiVo has stopped working, they usually take 5-10 days to come and sort my problem, yet 24 hours overdue my service goes off.yes you are right it's all good.
