Error code 6185

Got a error code 6185 saying problem with my account i rang up and was told pay per veiw had been banned so they turned it back on and nearly 48hrs later I still can't get catch up or on demand I'm sure it doesn't take this long normally I've also kept resetting my box anybody else have this problem.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you've had. Looking at this error I've been trying to test the hardware in the home.
