Error code 41 on my v+ box and keeps resetting and recoding
My V+ box displays error 41 all the time. This was intermittent but it now stays on and keeps rebooting and recoding all the time. I have unplugged and reseated the wires but it still keeps happening. Please help 😁😁😁

Most ER codes indicate a terminally ill box. Give faults a call on 150 from any Virgin phone (0345 454 1111 from others), or if you wait a couple of days, the Forum Team here will respond & get the ball rolling.
If the box has failed you will get a refurbished V+. If this is your main box, it may now be worth thinking about a TiVO, which has far more capabilities, & is inclusive of the newer "Big Bundles" now being advertised.
