For the past 2 weeks I've had intermittent problems with TVs channels freezing. Now most channels are not available and the screen shows error code 3204. I have tried calling the helpline but after holding for 10 mins + I have been cut off 4 times. I have been through the restart procedures but still no joy . Please help.
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your channels.
The network team in your area have picked up an issue with the signal (ref.F004695390). They are currently working to rectify it and have set a review date of 25/8/16. During this time, the service will be intermittent.
