Error code 3202 and 3204

Having issues with our Virgin box. Certain channels coming up with these error codes. Only HD channels affected but majority of the HD channels on offer.
Spoken with 'support' who advised the standard turn off turn on etc. And apparently remotely tested it. Still not working. Been like this for around a month now. Do I need an engineer to come out? Or can I just have a new box Virgin?
