Error code 3202 and 3204

Having issues with our Virgin box. Certain channels coming up with these error codes. Only HD channels affected but majority of the HD channels on offer.
Spoken with 'support' who advised the standard turn off turn on etc. And apparently remotely tested it. Still not working. Been like this for around a month now. Do I need an engineer to come out? Or can I just have a new box Virgin?

I would like to help here and when errors appear, it's never fun. I have been into the account and the TiVo looks like there's some power levels that need adjusting. I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
