4 On Demand not working for 2 days. The website said the issue would be fixed by 2nd April 2017 at 4:30pm. It is still not working, I have conducted 2 tests both of which told us that they could not find any fault with our Tivo box. When we went to On Demand again the same message came up. The issue has now disappeared from the my local service staus page, so I assumed the issue was fixed by an engineer. These errors have happened quite a lot on TIVO boxes, why should customers pay for a faulty service during these times when the service is not fully operational. Would you please let me know how to resolve this fault? Thank you.
